These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the inventory management mobile application (the “App”) developed and operated by Deniss Kolesins (“I”, “me”, or “my”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

  • Eligibility: Eligibility: This App is available to users of all ages.
  • License: I grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for your personal or internal business inventory management.
  • Prohibited Actions: You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the App.

2. User Accounts and Data

  • Registration: The App may require you to sign in via Google Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • Data Ownership: You retain all rights to the inventory data you input into the App.
  • Backups: The App provides integration with Google Drive for backups. I am not responsible for any data loss resulting from Google Drive service interruptions, deleted files in your cloud storage, or your failure to perform regular backups.

3. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes third-party services including Google Drive (for storage) and Crisp (for support communication). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for the availability or functionality of these third-party services.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the App (excluding user-provided data), including its design, code, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Deniss Kolesins.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. I make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I disclaim all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Deniss Kolesins shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or inventory, arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on the App’s official website/store listing. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia (or your country of residence), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
